Founded in 1995, Visionary Products, Inc. offers fun, educational simulations designed to stimulate, educate and motivate employees to overcome resistance, embrace organizational change, and even desire "lean" business practices.

Michael Deese, President and CEO of Visionary Products, has spent more than 15 years researching and applying process improvement methodologies, including Teams and Lean. He developed Visionary Products' first simulation, Lean Zone® Production Methodologies - a cellular manufacturing simulation - specifically for Santech Industries. Today, Lean Zone® Production Methodologies is widely used by Fortune 500 companies and other large organizations, including Bell Helicopter, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Eastman-Kodak.

Mr. Deese continues to play a leadership role in the manufacturing industry, promoting best practices and technologies. In the early 90s Deese was appointed by the Texas Governor to the Texas Manufacturer's Association and was elected the founding Chairman by the board. He is a current member of both the Automation and Robotics Research Institute (part of the University of Texas at Arlington) and the Manufacturing Assistance Center in North Texas, and a past chairman of both organizations.
